Where We Deliver

Sydney Metropolitan Area: We offer delivery within the Sydney Metro area. Delivery is free of charge for addresses in the Sydney metropolitan regionoceaniaappliances.com.

Other Regions in NSW: We also deliver to other areas within New South Wales (NSW) outside Sydney Metro (e.g. Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Gosford, Blue Mountains). These deliveries are available for an additional fee based on the distance from Sydneyoceaniaappliances.com. We will inform you of any delivery charge before you confirm your order.

Outside NSW: At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery outside of New South Wales. If your delivery address is outside NSW, the order cannot be fulfilled under our current shipping policy.
Handling Time
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day of order confirmation. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the next business day. (For example, if you place an order on Friday evening, it will ship by Monday.) This quick handling time means your appliance usually leaves our facility within 24 hours of payment clearanceoceaniaappliances.com. In rare cases of high order volume or special-order items, handling may extend to 2 business days, but this is uncommon.
Transit Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will vary based on your location:

Sydney Metro: Deliveries within Sydney Metro typically arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch (often by the next business day).

Regional NSW: Deliveries to addresses in other parts of NSW usually take approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the distance and accessibility of the location. Please note: Deliveries to certain regional areas may be grouped on specific days of the week (for logistical efficiency), so we will communicate the expected delivery date when arranging your shipment.
Keep in mind that the above transit times are estimates. We will do our best to meet these timelines, and you will receive updates if there are any unexpected delays.

Outside Sydney (Within NSW): Variable Delivery Fee. For deliveries to other NSW regions (such as Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Gosford, Blue Mountains, etc.), a delivery fee will applyoceaniaappliances.com. The exact cost depends on your location and distance from Sydney. We will confirm this fee with you upfront (either at checkout or via communication before finalizing the order) so there are no surprises.

No Delivery Outside NSW: We do not ship to addresses outside New South Wales. If your address is outside NSW, please contact us before placing an order to discuss possible alternatives, but generally our delivery service is limited to NSW only.
All shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly presented during checkout or communicated to you before your order is confirmed. There are no hidden delivery charges.
Delivery Terms

Ground-Floor Delivery & Stairs: Deliveries are made to the ground floor of your home or building by default (e.g. driveway, porch, or garage area)oceaniaappliances.com. Our driver typically works alone using a trolley, so if the appliance needs to be carried up or down any stairs, the customer must provide assistance to the driveroceaniaappliances.com. If you are unable to assist, please arrange for a capable person to help at the time of delivery. In cases where no assistance is available, the driver will only deliver to the ground level of your addressoceaniaappliances.com. (By prior arrangement, stair navigation without customer help may be possible for an extra fee, but this service is subject to availability and must be discussed in advance.)

Delivery Scheduling: Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time window. Deliveries are generally conducted during our business hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, 7 days a week) to give you flexibility. If you have any constraints or need to request a specific delivery day, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Pre-arranged scheduling ensures someone will be available to receive the item and helps us avoid missed deliveries.

Customer Availability & Missed Deliveries: It is important that you (or an authorized adult) are present at the agreed delivery time to receive the item. If our driver arrives at the scheduled time but cannot reach you (e.g., no one is home and you are unresponsive to calls/messages), the driver will wait about 10–15 minutesoceaniaappliances.com. After that, the attempt will be marked as a missed deliveryoceaniaappliances.com. In the event of a missed delivery, you will need to reschedule and pay a redelivery fee of $100 before we can attempt delivery againoceaniaappliances.com. To avoid this fee, please ensure you are available at the arranged time or notify us well in advance if you need to reschedule.

Safe & Clear Access: Please make sure the path to your delivery location is clear of obstacles, hazards, or obstructions on the day of deliveryoceaniaappliances.com. This includes securing pets, removing any trip hazards, and ensuring doorways and hallways are unobstructed. If the delivery team determines that the area is unsafe or inaccessible (for example, a narrow staircase with no clearance, or significant safety risks), they reserve the right to refuse completion of the delivery until conditions are made safe. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe environment for moving heavy appliances.

Delivery Delays: While we aim to deliver within the scheduled timeframe, unforeseen delays can occur due to traffic, weather, or other external factors beyond our controloceaniaappliances.com. Please understand that in such cases, our driver will still complete your delivery as soon as reasonably possible once the issue is resolvedoceaniaappliances.com. Third-Party Delivery & Liability: We partner with independent third-party couriers and contractors for deliveriesoceaniaappliances.com. Once your item is in transit, it is under the care of these delivery professionals. Oceania Appliances is not liable for loss, damage, or injury that may occur during transport or delivery of the productoceaniaappliances.com. Any damage or issues that arise due to the delivery process should be addressed with the responsible delivery provider. (We will of course assist you with the information needed to contact them, and we choose our delivery partners carefully to minimize such issues.) Please inspect your appliance upon delivery and report any problems to the driver immediately, and contact us if you need further support.
